Professor McLaren confirms integrity of IBA Congress in Yerevan

Professor Richard McLaren validated the integrity of the IBA Extraordinary Congress in Yerevan, Armenia in his official correspondence to the IBA Secretary General.
‘As one of the scrutineers at the Congress I can certify that everything is in order. As a scrutineer I followed the electronic process behind the desks of Lumi at the Congress. I can certify that there were no problems or manipulations of the voting results,’ the letter from Prof. McLaren reads.
IBA Extraordinary Congress took place on September 25th. The vast majority of the National Federations, in total 75%, voted against other presidential elections, reconfirming their credit of trust to incumbent IBA President Umar Kremlev.
