During his visit to China, IBA President Umar Kremlev took part in the opening ceremony of the Chinese Boxing Academy in Zhenzhou, Henan Province.

The academy will also be the Chinese Boxing Institute where boxing officials will be educated.

IBA President agreed to support the development of the academy and noted that IBA will take care of selecting a quality team of coaches so that they teach the best boxing skills to the younger generation. Thanks to joint efforts, the academy is going to be one of top-level educational institutions on boxing.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Physical Education of the Zhengzhou National University, Mr. Zhang Shaotun also took part in the opening ceremony.
