IBA Kunlun Fight World Cup kicks off in Beijing on 16 November with superstars Erislandy Alvarez and Sofiane Oumiha

The IBA Kunlun Fight World Cup is set to ignite Beijing with world-class boxing and kickboxing action on 16 November 2024. This groundbreaking event, hosted at the National Indoor Stadium, will begin at 19:30 local time (GMT+8) and live streaming will be available globally.
The show starts with four kickboxing matches where France’s Bilal Zeghlache and local kickboxer Zhang Mingyang are to compete at 85kg contest. In the 70kg division, Hungarian Renátó Góman meets with Stanislav Kazantsev from Ukraine, and Italian kickboxer Samuele De Meis fights against Brazil’s Marcos Alves. Yodkitti T. Thepsuthin representing Thailand challenges Saliman Aobulihairi from China in the 63kg division.
The boxing event promises adrenaline-fueled excitement with four quarterfinal showdowns in the fiercely competitive 63.5kg weight division, all in a professional 6-round format at the stage of quarterfinals.
In one electrifying matchup, undefeated Bakhodur Usmonov of Tajikistan, boasting an 8-0 record with 3 knockouts, will clash with local favorite LeQuan Wang, an experienced fighter with 8 wins (5 KOs) and 2 losses.
Venezuela’s unbeaten Luis Arcon (15-0-1) will take on Russia’s Gabil Mamedov, European champion, making this an unmissable bout.
Meanwhile, fans will see Olympic champion Erislandy Alvarez from Cuba — a young yet remarkably experienced amateur with 3 professional wins, go head-to-head with Adilet Kurmetov from Kazakhstan.
France’s Sofiane Oumiha, a three-time IBA World Champion and two-time Olympic silver medallist with an undefeated 5-0 pro record, is set to face Serbia’s Pavel Fedorov, who has achieved three professional victories to his name.
