The BI​IU Interim Nomination Unit received three complaints with respect to some actions allegedly undertaken by different individuals, including members of the IBA Head Office, during the electoral period. According to the complaints, these actions were allegedly undertaken in favor of the candidate Mr. Umar Kremlev. 

The BIIU Interim Nomination Unit opened the case against Mr. Umar Kremlev based on arts. 25.1.11, 25.15 and 25.2 of the Regulations on the Congress and Elections.

After a careful analysis of all documents and information available, the BIIU Interim Nomination Unit decided on 22 September 2022 to dismiss all charges against Mr. Umar Kremlev.
