The International Boxing Association (AIBA) is pleased to announce that the positions available for the upcoming elections, taking place at the 2018 AIBA Congress to be held on 2-3 of November in Moscow, Russia, are now open.

In addition to the congress registrations which opened earlier this month, AIBA is further informing all National Federations about the open positions available on the Executive Committee. Each AIBA EC position has a mandate of four years, renewable by election. The application deadline for all candidates is September 23, 2018.

In order to maintain integrity and transparency throughout the election process, the applications will be thoroughly reviewed by the AIBA Election Committee. The list of final candidates will be announced to all National Federations and published on AIBA’s website on October 2, 2018.
