The role of the Legal Counsel shall be to:

(a) provide constitutional and legal advice to the Congress and the Board; and
(b) perform such other related duties and tasks as he or she may be entrusted with
from time to time by the Board.

The Legal Counsel, together with the Auditor, shall be entitled to attend and speak at
meetings of the Congress and of the Board, but shall not be entitled to vote at such
meetings.
