Coaches Committee
The Coaches Committee ensures representation, protection and promotion of the interests of coaches.
It prepares regulations aimed at coaches, develops and implements the IBA Coaching Management System, facilitates access to new training information technologies for coaches and produces relevant education and training tools.
It regroups nine or more members: the chairperson of the coaches committee from each Confederation, at least two persons with expertise in coaching, one boxer or former boxer and one R&J or former R&J.
