WSB/APB tournament heading full steam towards Latin America

Karim Bouzidi, Executive Director of AIBA and Fran Lopez, President of Venezuelan Boxing Federation (Federación Venezolana de Boxeo) signed the final agreement at AIBA HQ in Lausanne for the WSB / APB tournament which will be held in Vargas Venezuela from July 3rd to 8th 2016 . Following the amendment of Article 13 (J) on Wednesday 1st June at the AIBA Extraordinary Congress, all National Federations will be able to register all non AIBA professional boxers for the tournament according to the criteria for registration of pro boxers. The competition will offer 26 quota places available for Rio 2016.
