The 48 medallists are revealed in the EUBC European Women’s Boxing Championships in Budva, Montenegro. The quarter-finals confirmed that Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Sweden, Turkey, and Ukraine have medals in the championships.

Ireland is the leading country in the number of semi-finalists with seven boxers in 48, 50, 57, 60, 63,70, 75 kg. Ukraine is currently in second place with six boxers in the semi finals. Italy is in third place and has five semi finalists. 

The semi final bouts will take place on October 21. Irma Testa (Italy), Busenaz Cakiroglu (Turkey), Amy Broadhurst (Ireland), Busenaz Surmeneli (Turkey), Sevda Asenova (Bulgaria), Gabriele Stonkute (Lithuania), Anastasia Chernokolenko (Ukraine) and many other talented boxers will do their best in the ring to prove they deserve to fight for gold.

Altogether 154 boxers from 30 nations are participating in the EUBC European Women’s Boxing Championships. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Lithuania, Moldova, host Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and Wales sent boxers to Budva.
